Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We Will Ship Your Order Anywhere in the USA!
All products are shipped at your own risk and cost. Our sales staff is available to advise you of the best shipping method for your order depending on products ordered and the season (weather) when shipped. We do recommend expedited methods in summer months due to the perishable nature of our food products.
We utilize UPS and US POSTAL PRIOIRTY for shipping. Please provide mailing and shipping address (if differs- PO BOXES), when ordering. NOTE: We use both UPS and the United States Postal Service. The only option available is UPS when checking out. This is due to the fixed dimensions of the US Priority boxes. When your order is processed we will use the most inexpensive and efficient way possible if ground is chosen, if expedited service is chosen we will use what is selected. If we use a USPS box and it costs less than UPS ground you (the customer) will be charged accordingly (you may pay less for shipping).
We will package highly perishable products (Meats & Fish) in insulated bags with ice pack, and the customer will be charged additional handling fee for such necessary packaging. These products are shipped frozen and we highly recommend expedited shipping service (UPS service 1 day or 2 day, or USPS Express Mail) for the type of products.
*** Please note that during the summer months, the expedited shipment method is highly recommended for all orders outside of Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin for most perishable products and especially for any meat products ordered. All meat products are shipped frozen with ice pack in an insulated bag which will keep product cool to room temperature for approximately 24 hours. Thus, we strongly recommend expedited/express service be chosen.

PINCONNING CHEESE COMPANY RETURN POLICY

ANY PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY MANAGEMENT FOR CONSIDERATION OF CREDIT. ALL CREDIT AUTHORIZED WILL BE PROVIDED IN FORM OF MERCHANDISE REPLACEMENT OR GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR PROVEN VALUE OF MERCHANDISE RETURNED.

NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

TO QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT RETURN CREDIT:

  1. THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED.
  2. A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF SALE WITH DATE PURCHASED.
  3. SALES RECEIPT MUST BE LESS THAN 1 WEEK OLD, TO QUALIFY FOR CREDIT CONSIDERATION, DUE TO PERISHABLE NATURE OF OUR FOOD PRODUCTS.

UPON REVIEW OF THIS INFORMATION BY MANAGEMENT, YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT VIA GIFT CERTIFICATE AND THERE MAY BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. EFFECTIVE 1-1-2005.
